At Luxury Lover Toys & Robots, we proudly offer premium-quality AI dolls, robotic companions, and intimate devices designed for realism, safety, and long-term durability.

All products are inspected prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards. This Warranty & Product Guarantee Policy outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the additional limited warranties we provide.


2. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

  • Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under ACL.


3. Warranty Coverage

In addition to ACL protections, we provide the following limited warranties:

Dolls & Robotic Companions

  • 12-month limited warranty on electronic and robotic components, including:

    • Internal motors and movement mechanisms

    • Heating systems

    • AI modules and processors

    • Control boards, wiring, and power connections

    • Charging ports, chargers, and remote controllers

During the warranty period, defective components caused by manufacturing faults under normal use will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.


4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

  • Misuse, mishandling, or neglect

  • Cuts, tears, punctures, stains, or surface damage to silicone or TPE skin

  • Improper cleaning or use of non-approved lubricants or cleaning products

  • Exposure to extreme heat, cold, water submersion, or prolonged sunlight

  • Unauthorised repairs, alterations, or modifications

  • Accidental damage or normal wear and tear

⚠️ Important:
Cosmetic or physical damage to the doll’s body or skin (including discoloration, deformation, cuts, or tears) is not covered, as these are considered user-related conditions due to the intimate nature of the products.


5. Vibrators & Small Devices

Personal massagers, vibrators, and small electronic devices include a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers electronic or motor faults only and does not cover:

  • Surface or cosmetic damage

  • Water damage due to improper use

  • Battery corrosion or charging issues caused by misuse


6. Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • Product name and model

    • Clear photos or video showing the issue

    • A brief description of the defect

Our support team will assess your claim and, if approved, provide a Return Authorisation (RA) Number and further instructions.

⚠️ Products returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


7. Resolution Options

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may:

  • Repair the defective component

  • Replace the product with the same or an equivalent model

  • Offer store credit or a partial refund if repair or replacement is not feasible

We aim to resolve all warranty claims fairly, promptly, and reasonably.


8. Hygiene & Safety Requirements

Due to hygiene and safety standards:

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned unless the issue clearly relates to an internal electronic or mechanical fault

  • All approved returns must be cleaned and sanitised before shipment

  • A valid Return Authorisation Number must be included

Items returned in an unsanitary or unsafe condition will be discarded, and the warranty claim will be void.


9. International Orders

Warranty coverage applies to international orders; however:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for inspection or repair

  • If a warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item back to you


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxury Lover Toys & Robots is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
